The challenge
A good idea, and no company around it yet.
Two first-time founders had a meal-delivery idea and recipes tested on friends. They had no plan, no company, no website and no name customers would remember.
Every adviser they met covered one piece, then handed them on to the next.
What we did
- Business
- Wrote the business plan with the founders, tested the numbers against real supplier prices, and set up the company and its accounts.
- Technology
- Built the ordering website: the weekly menu, delivery areas and order form, all editable by the founders.
- Media
- Named the offer, photographed the food and ran the launch campaign on social channels and in local print.
The outcome
One team, from the first plan to opening day.
The founders opened with a registered company, a working website and a campaign that started the same day — and with one set of people who knew the whole picture whenever a question came up.
In their words
“We expected to manage five suppliers. We had one team that already knew what the others were doing.”
